OPENING AT ING VYSYA BANK (NARIMAN POINT BRANCH)

We have openings in the sales function for the position of Sr Business Developement Executive / Business Developement Executive for ING Vysya Bank Ltd, Nariman Point Branch, Mumbai.


Job Description:

BDE and Sr.BDE (Business Development Executive and Senior Business Development Executive)

Roles and Responsibilities of BDE & Sr.BDE -
To generate leads and acquire customers for Liability Products (Current Account and Saving Account) and meet Targets within the prescribed KYC (Know your customer) guidelines.
*To find prospect and meet potential customers.
*Understand the Need of the customer and explain the products and features.
*Complete the CIF, A/c opening application forms and obtain all relevant documents to facilitate KYC Norms
*Ensure necessary verification about bona fides of customer. Viz., verification with original documents
* Handover all documents (relating to completed a/cs) to Sales Manager by end of the day & to take the PGK for delivery to the customer and obtain due acknowledgement.

Profile: 
• Graduate / PG.
• Good selling skills and intrinsic flair for sales.
• Articulate and persuasive with high skills of influencing and advocacy.
• High integrity levels.
• Ability to handle business pressure and achieve targets.
• Mobile and open to a role that involves constant travel.
• Well groomed with a pleasant personality
• Basic aptitude for numbers:
• Should be able to grasp concepts like ROI/KYC/CASA etc.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates/PGs.

Engagement Terms:
Contract for Two years with ING Vysya Bank.

Compensation Model:

Low Fixed; High Variable Compensation; with the potential to earn more than 100% OF fixed compensation every month

Reporting Structure:
Reports to a Sales Manager / Branch Head

Location:
Branch at the local area around.
