Interns Required for The Sports Gurukul

Event is ISPL – Inter School Premier league from 3rd Jan to 20th Jan 2013, it is the 5th edition.

 We need 5 interns who would want to be part of pre, during and post event managing.

 We need 1 person who would be there for 3 months starting immediately.

 The other 4 to 5 would be required from around 20th November 2012 to 26th January 2013.

Summary of Roles

 Pre event

1)      Contacting schools and getting more registrations

2)      Answering school inquiries on phone

3)      Entering data of participants.

4)      Scouting local sponsors and partners for enhancing event

During Event

1)      Ensuring smooth flow to the event

2)      Coordinating with all the stake holders

3)      Putting up the marketing collaterals on the ground as per sponsor commitment

Post Event

1)      Managing the prize distribution ceremony

2)      Ensuring systematic execution of roles given

Ideal candidate

1)      Sporting background

2)      Very good communication skills

3)      Computer literate and internet literate

4)      Willing to learn and work long during event days.

5)      Age 19 yrs +

6)      Some work experience preferred
