Job Description               

A Business Development Manager is responsible for:

• Agent tie-up (Agents earn commission for the business sourced by them)

• Helping Agents in getting their certification

• Training Agents

• Managing the Agents

• Motivating the Agents to source business

• Lead agency force to achieve agreed levels of productivity
