Description Membership & Compliance
Purpose of
the Job:
To
efficiently process the various application received in Membership Department
and effectively coordinate with members and other department for timely
completion of documents
Key Responsibilities:
Ø
Processing of new registration application received in Membership Department
Ø
Processing of various applications for activation of new membership
Ø
Coordinating with members for timely completion of various documents.
Ø
Processing of Insurance received from all SEBI registered members of the
Exchange.
Ø
Follow up / collection and submission to SEBI Annual fees for Clearing Members
of the Exchange
Ø
Processing of applications for up gradation of membership
Ø
Processing of applications for registration of Authorized Person
Ø
Updating the various database i.e. Membership Desktop application, Insurance,
SEBI Fees database etc.
Ø
Preparation of database for imposition of penalty in case of non-compliance of
Insurance.
Ø Apart
from the above processes there is issuance of circulars, preparation of
policies, SEBI etc.
We are conducting walk-in interviews for this requirement on 28th, 29th & 30th Aug, 2012. Need someone to join on an immediate basis.
